Our wood burning BBQ smoker is equipped with an angle iron frame, a 3500 lb axle, heat-tolerant paint, and double lids for access to the 28″ x 75″ grilling surface. Both shelves are removeable for easy cleanup. The heat box is perfect for keeping meat warm for your guests when you’re done smoking and also comes with pull out shelves for easy cleanup. The firebox and smoke stack comes with adjustable intake and exhaust allowing full control of the level of smoke.
Temperature gauges are installed on the main barrel as well as the heatbox that go up to 550 degrees Farenheight. The firebox includes an elevated wood burning rack to raise the logs off of the bottom allowing air to flow under the fire creating a better smoke. Smoke from here travels through the smoke tunnel underneath, then around the top of the grilling surface. This ensures maximum air flow efficiency that produces a consistent smoke and adds flavor to the meat. A large mesh crate is installed on the back side of the trailer to hold wood, cooler, tools, ingredients, accessories, etc.
